ATTENTION: This post may contain a lot of pictures...view at own risk

We've been so busy enjoying all the fun the last few months, that we haven't had time to update the blog. We had a wonderful Christmas, and enjoyed our time with family and friends. Daniel was so cute this year, and loved opening presents on Christmas, and on his birthday. We had a fun 2nd birthday for him and thank everyone for helping us celebrate! I had a lot of fun making his Winnie the Pooh cake. It was my first attempt at really decorating/ starring a cake, and I was very pleased with how it turned out! I can't believe that Daniel is already two, but he is such a fun two year old with so much personality! He has started having two year old tantrums which we hope he outgrows soon, but we love him anyways. We hope everyone had a great holiday, and has been enjoying their new year!

Hey! Your little guy is super cute! My doctor was Dr. Judd at Aspen Women's Center. His office is on University Ave. by Cambridge Court in that big gray building. I really liked him. He was really laid back but got serious when I needed him to. It made me feel at ease when we delivered Darbi so early. Some people don't like his office because they see so many pregnant women and it feels like they are just herding cattle in there but I really like his entire staff. They were all so nice and when I'd call (all the time) with any concerns, the nurses were super sweet. I also saw a perinatologist at UVRMC when I was admitted. I saw Dr. Schemmer and he was really good. Very meticulous and unloaded a ton of information on me at once but he doesn't hold back. He gave everything to me straight which, even though we didn't want to hear it all, it was good. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Cute cake! And I wouldn't expect his tantrums to end anytime soon. Once they are 3, you get the tantrums with the backtalking, and sassiness. And even though sometimes you can reason with them, they are a lot more stubborn. But, there is so much more to enjoy. But...just wait till #2 comes...then you get a whole new trial with jealousy and what not. So much fun! Anyway, Daniel is so cute, and I can't wait to be closer so we can hang out more.

Cute pics! I can't believe how big he's getting. So fun!

Goats milk might work. We're not sure if she's allergic to milk protein or just cow's milk. But for right now the formula is the only thing we can feed her since it has so many calories and will hopefully help her get some poundage on her little body. Thanks for the suggestion. When she eventually transitions to real food, we'll definitely try it. Jarom is even looking into getting some goats of our own. Gross!
